This Fee Protection Agreement (FPA) is issued to the Paymaster involved in the sale of the Commodity identified by the above Contract Number. Commission payments will be made after the delivery and payment for each project , as
agreed between the Seller and the beneficiary Agent. The commission will be paid to the beneficiary agent named in the F.P.A. for all contracted quantity including all extensions and rollovers on project basis as per the following proceeds.

Dieser Gebührenschutzvertrag (GSV) wurde für den in den Verkauf der durch die obige Vertragsnummer identifizierten Ware eingebundenen Zahlmeister erstellt. Provisionszahlungen erfolgen nach der Lieferung und Zahlung für jedes Projekt, wie zwischen dem Verkäufer und dem begünstigten Vermittler vereinbart. Die Provision wird an den im GSV genannten begünstigten Vermittler für alle Vertragsmengen auf Projektbasis gezahlt, einschließlich aller Erweiterungen und Verlängerungen gemäß der folgenden Vorgehensweise.
